What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, after the design is finalized and signed for, we do not accept returns. Before the final and major steps, we show you the piece and make sure it’s to your liking. After it has been approved by you, we continue with the final steps and we do our best to make sure the jewelry that you designed is the highest quality.


Do you ship?

Yes, we will ship out of state and overseas


What are your payment methods?

Cash or credit card.


Do you repair?

We repair items made by K Brothers. Please feel free to call or email about your piece so we can give further details.


What is the difference between Karat and Carat?

Karat (K) is the measurement of the purity of a metal. Karat is especially used in the measurement of Gold and is measured on a scale 1-24.
Carat (Ct) is the weight of diamonds and stones. Carat is 1/5 of a gram or 200mg. A carrot is divided into 100 points.


What kind of metals can I design my jewelry with?

You can select from many different metals: silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum, palladium

We also work with black rhodium, white rhodium, and gold platings.


Do you High-polish?

Yes!


Do you take special orders?

Yes! We love to custom make pieces and make them as special as can be.


Do you do engraving?

Yes!


Can I bring in old pieces and create new ones?

Yes, bring in your old pieces and we can pick and chose what we want off of it and create a new piece to your liking.


How do I find my ring size?

To find an approximate ring size, measure the width (diameter) of a ring you currently wear or measure the circumference of your finger with a strip of paper or a string. Find the nearest measurement on the chart. If unsure between two sizes, choose the larger size.
